Copy Cat Cassie is at it again...
The official name is Yogurt-Marmalade Cake, but Ella gave it a new name...Sunshine Cake. Even better! ;)
It's the best cake I have ever made. SO SO moist. Ella even wants it for her birthday rather than chocolate cake- that's *HUGE*!
I think that the lemon zest and the orange marmalade compliment each other nicely, but I would like to try it with raspberry or strawberry.
