The kids and I had just finished lunch as something caught my eye outside.
At first, I thought that maybe it was broken and he was trying to fix it, until I saw this...
It didn't take any time at all for the neighborhood kids to come running! The man didn't seem to mind and the kids looked like they were having a blast, so I grabbed my camera and told that kids to come here- fast!My Angela Neighbor was outside too, so we stood in the middle of the street, getting a little wet while the kids had *so much FUN!* He was changing the direction of the water often, but still making sure they kids were safe. It lasted about 10 minutes then we started to come inside until we realized he was going to the next hydrant just one street away! We followed him all over the neighborhood. The kids are hydrating and resting now ;)

(This brought back memories of Ella playing in the gutter every chance she had when she was a toddler- YUCK! But this photo is so perfectly Ella, wearing a pink dress while sitting in a puddle of dirty water!)
